Not a thank you but the only way I can make contact via mailing.  I have not returned the Sky box back yet after cancelling my subscription due to my husband having open heart surgery.  Please advise whoever that I will post the box and remote back as soon as things calm down.  I am doing this due to a letter saying I would get a fine for not returning it sooner.

Hopefully your husbands on the mend and you've now returned Skys equipment. 

I also hope you kept/keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely
and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number. Sky shoukd reimbursed you when it's received and processed by Unipart at their depot.
