We have been experiencing several occasions over the last month, where the remote will not wake up the skybox. All the lights are on the sky box but no button will have any impact.
I have been powering down the box by the mains and allowing it to reboot > welcome blue screen > wait till it goes black > hit the home button.
yes it then works but I should t have to be doing this 2-3 times a week surely?
