Connectivity problem with Sky Q minibox. Regularly happens when turning on minibox in Kitchen.

Regularly when turning on minibox in kitchen, mesaage is shown "You can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem". After switching of minibox at mains then re-booting is back to normal. This getting anoying having to keep re-booting each time this happens. Is the unit faulty?

@AlanG13 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box first ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting the mini box

Hi,  Before trying your advise, the kitchen minibox worked first thing today, then the same message came up in the middle of a programme. So I have followed your instructions & at present the minibox is now working ok, so we will see how it goes. We seem get alot of these messages appearing since we were changed over to Sky Q. We never had all these problems on the old system. This gets very frustrating having to keep re-booting the boxes. Is this normal for Sky Q & the miniboxes?
