Connectivity issues every night with our Sky Q box. Keeps going to blue screen

most nights our sky W box freezes and we lose connectivity. It goes to the blue screen and we often have to restart the box. Sometimes even this doesn't fix the issue

I'm having same problem with Sky Q Box, had appointment but rescheduled 3 days prior to 12th December 2024 this got cancelled (Do not know by whom) and got charged for Rescheduled appointment.

Sky Q Box is still not working after doing everything that was said. All I want is an engineer to come out but now it says sending a new Sky Q Box out, I can't install the new Sky Q Box. Please help as I can't see were to contact Sky.
