Re: Connection problem between sky q main box and mini box engineer fitted booster still no good sti

Hi, am having the exact same problem with my mini box. Picture freezes, sky q box then says there has been a problem (all service tyo it stops). I decided to reset and now step 1 press . button to continue, now hold the arrow button until it flash's (this button is already constantly flashing orange) holding it in does absolutely nothing, after about 5 minutes it comes up connection unsuccessful and i cannot get past step 2.

This has been like this constantly losing connection but the first time i decided to click the reset option and now i think i messed the whole thing up as it will not go any further than step 2. I have even held that required button in for a minute or 2 but seems to do absolutely nothing since the light is already flashing amber before you start.

I have unplugged it, the cables from the back and from teh plug waited 5 minutes before plugging it all back in but i only come up against the same brick wall.

I just got sick of teh whole thing not working then working but freezing/repeating then completly going off that when i went to settings and connection i saw connection to router X connecting to internet X then it would find them work for 3-5 seconds then the picture would stop service would - there is an issue connecting your mini box with your skyQ main box and these 2 options would again go X and X cor connection that i followed the reset option (since its working downstairs) but now step 2 carnt get past at all.
