I suddenly lost connection between TV and sky Q, I have checked all cables and they are secure.

I am not sure what to do next. I need explicit instructions as I am not confident with electronics.

Hi @Golfer13 I would try a different HDMI lead if you have one. You could also try a different HDMI port on your TV. Before you change anything, try a power (unplug) reboot of both your TV and Sky Q box. Leave them unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
