Connecting to third party broadband on skyQ
Hello, I have recently installed Imagine Broadband due to my old 1mb speed from sky being so dire it barely worked. Now I have connected to the router but it is not connected to the internet. Is there something else I need to setup in the settings. When testing the router everything is working fine but sky is showing an x next to Connection to the Internet under the status.

Re: Connecting to third party broadband on skyQ
Try changing the DNS on the Q to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
May not help but a simple thing to try. When sky q says it's connected to your router but not the internet it means it can't connect to its server and sometimes that's a DNS problem.
