Connecting to broadband issues July 2024

Hi

Does anyone know of any issues connecting Sky Q box and mini boxes to the internet? Since last week I'm continually getting, cannot connect to broadband error messages. Have re-set my router several times, but keep one getting these error messages. Soooo frustrating.

I got the same problem m8 sky for you over priced for under educated technicians creating code that simply doesn't work so they can get paid again to fix it

@josh12121212 who is your broadband provider as if its not Sky then your mini boxes won't connect to your wifi they will only connect to the mesh that is emitted by the main Q box
