Connecting main Q box and Mini Q to sky router both via ethernet

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me. Is it possible to connect both sky q main and sky q mini back to the sky router both via ethernet? Picture attached.

Next question is if that works, can I put an ethernet hub in line with router and sky q mini so I can hang another wired device from the ethernet hub in that room? Picture attached.

Main Q box is in living room and mini is in the garage/bar, too far for wifi and needs wired.

Ethernet connection to all Q boxes should be ideal .

If you introduce any Ethernet switches best to use simple unmanaged versions with Q..

Assume you will use Exterior grade Ethernet for outdoor use.

Yes i'm using external cat5e and a basic ethernet hub.
