Connecting Sky wifi router to Sky Q box using power line adapters

Router in one room Q box in another separated by solid wall. Current connection by wifi  OK- ish but would it be improved by using powerline adapters (with local connector cables) in both locations? Rooms are on same electrical circuit.

Probably, yes.  Adequate Powerline is likely to be better than poor WiFi, although the speeds claimed by the manufacturers are frankly ludicrous.
