It's not done: this isn't supported from Sky Q.

 

It may be possible to link wireless earphones to the television set attached to the Q box.  Q itself allows Bluetooth audio input but not output.

 

Note the Google AI response to this query is inaccurate: it appears to be getting Q mixed up with Glass.

Not natively.

 

You would have to purchase an external adaptor to do this - there are HDMI to BT extractors around but I cannot vouch for any particular model/compatibility.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
