Complaints

My Sky Q picture is breaking up and not receiving some channels at all. I've had an engineer who moved the dish slightly but have said that's the best they can do and if the problem persists then we'd have to look at other options.

The problem hasn't been resolved, so I contacted Sky and was told that my new package on Sky Stream would be £110, I'm currently paying £72. I'm not willing to pay such and increase for what is the same service (some say it's a worse service) and then there's the money I've paid for the equipment, which is no longer fit for purpose.

Therefore, I raised a complaint with Sky using the complaint contact form, however this just seems to go to customer care and they just give the same options without acknowledging the specifics of the situation and I end up going around in circles.

Is there a specific contact for complaints or do I have to write to the postal address?

Thanks

It this issue due to tall trees blocking the direct line of sight the dish needs? If so there's not a lot Sky can do about that.

You haven't paid for the Sky Q equipment, it's loaned to you.

Youve already raised a complaint so not much point in duplicating it.

Sky isn't obliged to provide service: with an obstacle between satellite and dish that's simply impossible for their broadcast platforms.

They may be prepared to negotiate on the Stream pricing, or just offer you the choice to leave.
