Coaxial cables and strong magnets

Has anybody had problems with coaxial cables and magnets?

I have a corner sofa in my lounge -;directly behind it is my modem

Recently the magnet in my corner sofa seems to have gone into reverse and turned to the fabric inside out which exposed the magnets at the back of the sofa .

.it's crested a strong magnetic force which makes it unbearable to sit in the room . I also have a old coaxial cable plumbed through another part of the lounge and it seems to pass through the carpet raising. the pile _ some days I can't feel my hands the strength Is so strong.

I've fixed the sofa but it seems to be in competition with the cables and myself now .

Without wising to diminish the severity of your symptoms, fundamental physics dictates that magnetic fields from any source below planetary size become incredibly weak over only a very small distance.

Any magnetic field generated by a coaxial cable would be very small to start with (assuming the cable is being powered).  I'd think 'raised pile' (and possibly what you can feel if you were to place a hand over it) is much more likely to be a static electrical effect.
