Charges despite returning equipment

I have received an e-mail regarding the return of my Sky Q box but I returned this on 7th September and have proof of postage. How do I get this information to someone at Sky?

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Sky have asked that those images not to be posted on here so as before I have escalated your post to the messaging team who will send you the chat invite via the bubble tomorrow, you can then give them the details from that receipt once they get in touch.

Unfortunately, this method of communication does not work for me. I have not received any further contact from Sky and I cannot just keep dropping in through the day to see if I've had a response. I find it inappropriate that Sky contact me via e-mail but the only method of reply is through a public chat room. If Sky could just send one message or e-mail with all of the information they require from me it would very helpful. I can then send one message or e-mail with everything they need.

Sky won't email you or contact you by any other means apart from the chat invite that was sent to you. I take it, in view of the time lapse, it is closed now?
