Charged for non return of equipment

Hello

 

Why have Sky charged me for the non return of equipment?  They wanted it back by today (06/10/25), but they actually received it back on 03/10/25 as per the tracking number I have.

...because it takes time to process the return and the automated charge was not removed in time.

 

Best to call Sky and provide the tracking information.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
