Channels currently affected by a problem with satellite signal
Channels 114, 122, 404, 406 & 407 are all displaying the message above. It started with just a couple but is getting worse. Sky Q has been rebooted a few times but no changes, also very recently started pixelating more on 101, not during bad weather.
does this require an engineer to visit please?
thank you

@Bertee Yes, it does. All the signs suggest an issue with your dish, LNB and/or cabling.

@Bertee Is your dish a communal setup or your own private dish, if the latter, call Sky to book an engineer.

Thank you for the replies, it's our own dish so I'll call to book an engineer.
