Channels 506, 508, 509 no signal

Hello, I've no signal on these channel's as of 14th October 23. Anyone else have similar issues? All other channels fine.

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

I think we can be certain they're referring to no satellite signal since they've mentioned specific channels that aren't working!

Hiya - we've also lost 506 - all others, including  508 and 509, are OK

 

Looks like a disk alignment issue so planning to call Sky re engineer visit
