Changed the language of my Sky Q IPTV box to English, now I'm not getting audio

Hi, So I'm from Germany and I bought a Sky Bundle to watch Formula 1, but so far everything was in german. I changed the language in the Boxes set-up settings to English, and now I'm not getting any commentary audio, I only hear radio messages and other Track noises (so everything that either isn't spoken or in english) . Does anyone know how to change the language to English and actually still get all audio? Would be great, thanks 🙂

SKy Deutchland & SKY UK are completely different subscriptions and Systems 

If you have a package from Germany then I would expect the commentary to only be in German unless they are interviewing many drivers etc
