Changed package but can't view sky sports

We recently changed our Sky Q package removing the Sky Sports complete package but keeping Sky Sports Football. We've waited for the 31 days but still can't view the football. Any ideas or do we need to brave the wait to speak to customer services?

Check your Sky Q package in your Q box Home menu.  Scroll to the bottom.

My Sky

Check to see if Sky Sports Football is still in your Package.

Either way you will need to Speak to Sky.

Ohhh, I'm answering my own question here - it appears, despite telling the customer service representative that we wanted to be able to watch Newcastle United, Sky Sports Football doesn't show the Premier League games 🙄. So I guess we'll need to look at alternatives.

That is correct as Newcastle's premier league games are on the Premier League channel, Sky Sports Football shows games from the Football League.
