Changed new tvs 3 times as wifi password still not recognised.

Got a new tv and WiFi won't accept password.  Changed it twice and still no password.  Rang sky to no avail.  Looks like I'm going to cancel sky.

Hi @Betty1

Are you referring to your TV or your Q box?
If you are on Sky Broadband then you connect the Q boxes by WPS and not SSID and Password.

Hi @Betty1

If you are Sky broadband then you still need to use WPS to connect your TV set to your WiFi.

Hi @Betty1

Then you need to use WPS in the TV set settings to connect it to WiFi.

What brand and model is your current TV set?
