Hi
We've recently had youfibre installed at the house, I turned off the Sky Q Router/hub and the Sky Q box, I renamed the new WiFi to the old one, everything worked, connected to the WiFi straight away etc, then I turned on the Sky Q box.
It took a couple of attempts to get it to connect to the WiFi but it did, however we have lost satellite signal.
I have pulled the power out, left it a few minutes, even done the reset using Settings, 0, 0, 1 menu, however I still have the No Satellite Signal on a black screen, all menu options, such as Records, Catch Up, On Demand, Cinema, Apps just say To Use This Service, you need a satellite signal.
Does anyone have any suggestions I can try?
Thanks

Hi @Chrisl1210
Do you have your own dish or are you on a communal system?
