Change to Standard Definition for all live TV
I want to change my live TV to Standard Definition instead of HD because it never works on HD.

There is an issue between our Sky Q and the aerial which means live HD TV (sports especially) works for a few minutes and then it says the signal is out and the screen turns blue. We thought perhaps changing the definition to standard would help with this issue. We have had numerous visits from Sky engineers and the aerial people - it works for a bit then the problem returns.

@Milly33 Sky Q uses a Dish, not an aerial. Is the dish your own dish or are you using a communal system?

The SD channels are all available to you now. Does watching them cure the issue?
(Though not all channels have an SD version)
