Have you rung Sky and asked them to check your viewing card details?

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

Those are the options (and only ways) to ring Sky.

Never had a time when I couldn't get to a human on that number but it takes tapping through a few options as I recall.

I’m afraid you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. This board and this question was related to Sky Q boxes but the information is the same for Sky HD boxes. The regions are based on your postcode and can't be changed.

Use your MySky app to navigate to your personal details, your registered address is listed there
