Change from sky superfast to skyultrafast
Hi I have just upgraded from sky super fast to sky ultrafast, I have changed the password on the usual stuff ie phones, iPads etc but just wondering if their is anything on the tv q box I should have done, it's still working so haven't done anything to it as yet. Advice please.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it
I would have changed the router details though, to match the old one so all the devices continued to work.

But I'm wondering is it working at the new speed or the old one? Is their a way of checking on the tv, I've checked the broadband speed on my phone app and that's showing a good speed.

Re: Change from sky superfast to skyultrafast
FTTP speed at the Hub makes no difference to how Sky Q operates: it doesn't change image quality and download to disk is only as fast as necessary to facilitate uninterrupted viewing.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

You can only have one internet connection speed (unless you have multiple broadband accounts, routers and physical connections into the house)
