Catch up tv not working but network is connected

Catch up tv not been working for at least 3 weeks now.

 

Completed all the help steps including factory reboot!

 

No issues with connection.. just says we are having problems connecting and we will keep trying 

 

Please help with any ideas...

Can sky please contact me again.. message bubble has been closed despite me being told it would remain open

 

Still having issues so I think I need an engineer now. @Addie15
