Hi @caraholland

The Incredibles Film seems currently available only on Disney +.

You don't happen to subscribe to this on your Q box do ?

I did mine about a week before so I don't think it would be that or mine would go 1st I'd have thought

The Incredibles was available on iPlayer/BBC Catch Up for 30 days from 28th December. That means it should have auto deleted on or around 27th January, for everyone.

Don't think it's based on the download time + a time limit, as far as I know, but a date when the content is licensed for Sky to use, so it ought to be the same on both boxes if that is what caused it.

(It's "mine" by the way 😉)

Just a thought.

Are you certain they were both sourced originally using catch-up download?

It may have been that one was recorded live from the channel and the other downloaded from catch-up.

The catch-up version in this case would have an expiry, whereas the live recording would not.

Sorry, should have been clearer - the spelling, "mine", not "myn".
