Can’t download anything from catch up just says “We're having trouble reaching this service right now. Don't worry, we'll keep trying.” And "download failed" same with sending a request from sky go to the sky Q box and search not working properly on sky go iv rebooted my box and checked Wi-Fi but this usually works ok thanks

Hi @1Anonymous1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hi iv already tired that it might just be something that fixes itself overtime
