Cant watch recordings or stream on sky q box and sky mini sets around the house wont play anything including TV. Streaming on sky q is a no. My phone keeps losing its WiFi. Sky service checker states broadband issue and has for over a week. Sky also sent an email stating asthenia levels of broadband are so low I could terminate the contract!! No offer to fix. When you go to fix the problem it then states alls OK.
