Cant use On Demand

I had sky Q installed yesterday and have tried to download on demand and use Catch up TV but keep getting message to upgrade. 

I can see in other threads that this has bee referred to Sky to resolve?  Can anyone assist please.  Also the vidio tutorials in "Help" are saying they are unavaliabe.  could this be connected to On Demand & Catch upTV issue?

On Demand defaults to HD so are you able to download anything in SD ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I'm having the same issue and have tried the troubleshooting but with no luck. Is this something Sky needs to fix or is there something I need to do in settings? Thanks for any help 🙂

Hi, My query was dealt with by a sky technician, they had to sort it for me. Sorry cant assist but they seemed to pick up the post and deal in a seperate chat room.
