Cant turn the volume up or down

Hi can't turn my volume up or down I have pressed hold 13 and 46 and 79 and it said on my TV put in your TV brand and then I done that and then it said test the volume out of 22 and I done it out of 22 and my volume did not go up or down

Hi @Rosie1985 

Don't know it what order you have been pressing buttons.

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
