Hello all,
I got a sky mini box a year ago (our main one is in the living room)
Recently I haven't been able to turn it on. And the remote won't work (I have changed the batteries) if anyone knows what I can do so the box and remote works I'd really appreciate it

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing it etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll have a spare.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
