Cant login to paramount plus on any devices no my phone or my sky q box?

Cant login to paramount plus on any devices no my phone or my sky q box?  It just come up the user name and password not Recognised so I have tryed to change my pass word tho the app and the Internet but it not send out the email to change it any ideas

Is it free any more the sky cinema that how I was doing it before and when I request is changed of password  it sed it would be there shortly in my inbox tho the paramount plus app and I have tryed to re link though sky aswell
