@Teevee1 In the UK it is on 101 on the EPG

What happens when you select the channel?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's the channel I'm trying to view just get signal error message. Everything else is ok

Could be a slight dish alignment issue @Teevee1

This can affect the channels with the weakest reception .

Only way to check for sure is an Engineer visit.
