Cant get C4 HD and Gold HD on my SKY Q

The two channels are distorted. Is it a dish problem?

Hi @PETER-HILL13 

If you get the issue in clear skies your dish may be slightly misaligned.

If it continues best to get an Engineer ftom Sky to check

Hi @PETER-HILL13 

If you get the issue in clear skies your dish may be slightly misaligned.

If it continues best to get an Engineer ftom Sky to check
