Cant find Wideband Mode

We are having problems with our Sky TV, it's losing signal & we are getting broken and distorted picture, its especiallybad when it rains. We have cut back trees but it's still happening. 

 

I've been trying to find if we are in wideband mode but I'm following instructions but I just can't find it. Can anyone help?

@DrPepper12  If you have SKy Q then yopur LNB on your dish will be wideband.

 

Loss if signal is nornmally a dish alignment issue.

@DrPepper12  If you have your own dish and not on a communal system follow the steps here to the end and you can book an engineer.
