Cant activate discovery+

I registered for my free discovery+ account two days ago and followed the process to register my account.  However the error keeps showing.  I got a text reminder from sky this morning to remind me to activate it again, tried that link and same error again.  Help!

Having the same problem, spoke to 3 agents and still not fixed. It's a joke.
