Hi all
We are trying to access our recordings on our sky q box, but all we get is the please wait message.
Anyone have an idea of what we need to do?

Yes but that didnt work.

Do you have another remote (from a mini box) that you can try. It may be a faulty remote control.

Ours is doing the same just a blank blue screen.... rebooted but same thing happens wonder if its a bigger issue

Both remotes are working fine.

Think I will leave it until the morning and see if it has been resolved by then.

Hi @Andre666,
Please attempt a Hard Drive Reset
To access the hidden menu, press the Home button and then navigate down to the Settings option without selecting it. Once Settings is highlighted, press 0 0 1 and then Select. Go down to Reset and Perform the Reset Hard Drive, pls note you will lose all your recordings,
Failing this try a Factory Reset which will Remove all Recordings and Settings
