Cannot watch the Blacklist beyond series 1. Message states upgrade required.

I just watched series 10 episode 1 of the Blacklist.  When I tried to watch episode 2, I was informed an upgrade was required to continue watching.

Not sure how to do that.  Looked in settings but couldn't see how to view in sd.  Also checked how to upgrade to be able to view, but again not sure what to do.

@Bomber+65

The default download setting is HD so try changing the format to download in SD

you can change the default to SD by Pressing Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
