@Steveboreham67

You will have to persevere on the phone if you want to book an engineer to move the dish (as long as there is an alternative spot). Sky normally charge about £65 for this.

@Steveboreham67  If you have installed scaffolding around your property that has prevented a previously working system from receiving a satellite signal then sky aren't responsible for the loss

You will need to preserve on the phone if you wish to have the dish moved

My landlord erected the scaffolding, no sign of it being taken down anytime soon ,was told by a riend that sky can provide you with something so you can use wifi to watch the tv

@Steveboreham67  Sky Q uses satellite only as for WiFi perhaps your friend was referring to Sky go an app which will allow you to watch on mobile devices such as phones laptops pcs, that will be the only way you can watch unless you can get the dish moved

You'll also need your landlords permission before Sky will potentially move the dish.

They may have been referring to Sky Stream, but that's a permanent replacement for Q rather than a temporary fix.
