Hi @Keira09 is that a Samsung TV or Samsung phone

 On my Samsung Phone I watch AppleTV+ via the Web browser 

With an Apple ID email address and password you just redeem the offer Sky's offer is not device specific you can create an Apple ID You don't need a iPhone or iPad.

If you have not got an Apple ID already, I'd hold off for a few days prior to creating one. Read the thread - they have an issue which they still haven't solved.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have followed various paths and it finally worked. I just cannot remember how I did it👌

Two laptops (chrome and edge) and a mobile, all with an Apple manager on screen share. he was as baffled as I am and then advised the next day that others had reported the same issue hence it is currently under investigation.

If you can follow my instructions above... It's a bit of a fire but if you follow them exactly you will get it to work

Appreciate the comment but the whole issue has been about logging in to the Apple ID. It has deactivated it and won't let me log in. I can't log in because I haven't accepted the terms and conditions the website refuses to show me so I can.
