Hi @Keira09 is that a Samsung TV or Samsung phone

 On my Samsung Phone I watch AppleTV+ via the Web browser 

With an Apple ID email address and password you just redeem the offer Sky's offer is not device specific you can create an Apple ID You don't need a iPhone or iPad.

If you have not got an Apple ID already, I'd hold off for a few days prior to creating one. Read the thread - they have an issue which they still haven't solved.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have followed various paths and it finally worked. I just cannot remember how I did it👌

Two laptops (chrome and edge) and a mobile, all with an Apple manager on screen share. he was as baffled as I am and then advised the next day that others had reported the same issue hence it is currently under investigation.

If you can follow my instructions above... It's a bit of a fire but if you follow them exactly you will get it to work

Appreciate the comment but the whole issue has been about logging in to the Apple ID. It has deactivated it and won't let me log in. I can't log in because I haven't accepted the terms and conditions the website refuses to show me so I can.

OK - several previous posts. I can update that, despite promising to call saying a solution had been found, a week after calling Apple AGAIN I have STILL not received a call from them as promised to explain.

A month and a half after signing up THROUGH SKY I STILL do NOT have access to apple TV. Apple are doing sweet football association about it and don't seem to give a flying you know what.

Sky keep saying it is NOTHING to do with them EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR OFFER.

To say I am disgusted with both is somewhat of an understatement.

I have tried numerous ways to get Apple tv trial for six months through sky app Apple tv app been at it for hours.  No success at all rang sky and they cannot activate it on your behalf apparently.  Anyone any other ideas please

One week off EIGHT weeks since I stupidly attempted to take up this offer which Sky still think I have. STILL waiting for Apple to come up with an answer. Sky are now 'fully aware' of the issue after the last call I made (after another 90 MINUTES on to Apple when they simply tried to walk me through steps they'd already tried and DON'T work). I am now on the fourth person from Apple who said 'you'll not need to deal with anyone else - I'll take ownership of this'. [removed]

I have told Apple I want no more calls or emails until someone can call me and go through a process that will sort this. 

Sky are waiting for me to advise of that before progressing my complaint further.

Follow my instructions above exactly- don't leave out any part of it and you will get it to work but you will have to contact apple support to get a code from them that you can apply inside the online apple TV+ site.
