Cannot get Sky Q mini box connected to internet following a complete outage yesterday.

Following a complete outage of the internet yesterday, I can now not get my bedroom Tv connected back to the internet.  The main tv in the living room is working fine and the bedroom Tv was working fine prior to the outage yesterday. 
mum following all the instructions on the tv, have turned off all boxes to restart, have pressed restart button, nothing is working.  Cannot get through to anyone via telephone - can some kind, knowledgeable person on here maybe help me out please?
