Cannot download from Sky Cinema - keeps telling download failed no Subsc

Have been having this issue for some time now.  I cannot seem to download movies from SKY Cinema - keeps telling me "Download failed No Subscription" which is not correct as I have subscribed and paid up.  
Very frustrated !!

No not UHD ... HD and SD 

always select SD to download but still fails ..

hi @ORLA9 

HD is standard on Sky Cinema but If you want to use SD best to change your Download preference to SD in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.
This needs to be done on the main Q box.

Have completed that previously but no difference .  Still won't download.
