Hi,
I have been unable all day to see recordings on main Sky Q box. It is showing TV Guide and Home Screen. I can see TV and am able to switch channels. I have reset everything, unplugged Sky, TV and router. No joy.
Also, my 2 mini boxes are showing No signal. Again, checked all connections to main Sky Q and Wi-Fi OK.
Any ideas. Kevin

I've got exactly the same problem. Just happened last night. I've been hearing rumours that it is due to the latest software update. Anyone else?

So loads of people are simultaneously having hard drive failures at the same time as an update?

Thanks all, it fixed itself over the night. But, over the next night failed again. Next morning I got another hard disk problem. This is the second time over the last month, that I have had to delete all my recordings. I requested a new Sky Q box, it arrived yesterday and I replaced. We're back on, I'll see how it goes.
