Sorry for your loss.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.

Additionally, are you the account holder or was it your partner?

Okay. Try the method above, if not give Sky a call, explain your bereavement and hope for a sympathetic ear.

There is a number on that link in the earlier thread. Otherwise call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Use the link in post #2.  It gives you Sky's CS number.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
