Cancelling an order of a sky q box
Hello,
We couldn't get our sky q box working and then ordered new controllers and it was controllers not the box so the box is working now and don't need the replacement box which is on way,
How do I cancel the order as don't need the box,

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
