I got talked into some 'freebies' by sky when changing my package. They are HD and Kids, both free for 4 months. But I can't afford them when they go up, I made it clear I can't afford as much this year. So how do I cancel them from my package please. I'm really struggling to navigate My SKY on my own and can't get through on the phone, plus wary of being talked into something else as I'm 'vulnerable' to that.

I got them to cancel the packages I can't afford and I put in a complaint too. I'm just sad because this is the kind of thing from customer service reps is what gives sky a bad name.

@Krystalheart
To remove part of your TV package you will need to contact Sky and give the appropriate 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

Re: Cancelling add-on options for Sky Q TV
That sounds like I've been tricked then. 😞 That's not good. I specifically told them I can't afford much and then I was offered freebies, but not told that they were part of the contract or that they'd go up automatically after the 4 months. Just that they were free for 4 months to try. I only began the contract today and I'm in financial trouble with it already! I shall have to phone and cancel the whole lot tomorrow morning! 😞
