My mother has been a Sky subscriber for a number of years. She has recently lost capacity and in now living in a care home. I've applied to be a Deputy on her behalf. Am I correct in thinking I have to wait for the Deputyship to be set up and then contact Sky on her behalf to cancel her subscription please? If so, how would I contact Sky? Thanks in advance.
