Cancelled TV package but want to find out about reinstating Sky Signature

I recently cancelled by Sky TV and Broadband package.  Largely because BB speeds offered were not ample for my work requirements, but also as I felt I wasn't making full use of all the channels offered.  

I'm not regretting this largely but I do miss the Sky Q box as I'm no longer able to record and save programs. 

I know I can stream shows but I'm so used to finding things I liked, saving them and then watching at a later date.  I'm finding nowadays I have to check every day in case I miss things.  

Sounds a bit weird maybe but it's used the way I'm used to using Sky. 

My issue is there appears to be nothing on the site in respect of Sky Signature/record/replay on Sky Q?  Has that now been discontinued in favour of the Sky Glass and the streaming services?

SKY Q is still available and does still have the record/play back functonality

 on all subscriptions (i.e. Signature and the very basic Freesat channel only 'Essentials')

If you only watch the 'Freesat'  channels then you can buy a Freesat 4K box that will work with your dish/lnb and can record / playback
