Cancel sky tv but in contract u til Jan 27

I can no longer afford sky tv but they will not let me cancel as in contract

they have put me on minimum package I cannot even afford that what can I do

What package are you on? Do you have Sky+, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Realistically not a lot if Sky won't release you from the contract you agreed.

To reduce it further cancel Multiscreen (if you can) and then return the mini box.

Not what you want to hear but you've been correctly advised. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. (If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term).
